Da aprile 2013 è in atto una collaborazione tra FG-Tech S.r.l. e Siloxa AG.
La FG-Tech S.r.l. commercializza il portafoglio prodotti completo a nome di Siloxa AG, che è composto da impianti di depurazione del gas e impianti di essiccazione del gas. Grazie all’elevata affidabilità e ai bassi costi di esercizio, questi prodotti sono molto richiesti sul mercato italiano.

Da molto tempo FG-Tech si occupa della consulenza a gestori di impianti nel settore delle energie rinnovabili e della vendita di olio e lubrificanti per i gestori degli impianti. Grazie a questa vasta esperienza nel settore, i due partner si completano perfettamente.

In Germania e in Europa Siloxa AG è leader e operatore specializzato nella tecnica di depurazione del gas con componenti per il trattamento di biogas e prodotti per il trattamento di gas di depurazione, oltre che per il trattamento di gas di discariche. Per questo i clienti da sempre vengono convinti dalle nuove e innovative soluzioni di depurazione del gas, essiccamento del gas e tenuta del gas.

Gas cleaning
All types of biogas contain hydrogen sulphide and organic sulphur compounds. Sewage gas and landfill gas also contain siloxanes. The task of filtering these contaminants out of the gas is performed by the Siloxa stationary activated carbon adsorbers and gas cleaning systems in the FAKA range and the mobile systems in the MAKA range.

FAKA - fine desulphurisation with fixed activated carbon adsorbers
SILOXA’s FAKA range of activated carbon adsorbers for the cleaning of gases is a large filter family with 11 members in total. FAKA adsorbers are available with capacities ranging from 1500 to 7000 litres, in versions with one or two chambers, and in the TWIN FAKA version.
MAKA - gas cleaning with replaceable filter system
The MAKA 700 activated carbon filter for various types of application in gas cleaning is a very special filter. It is specially designed to allow extremely easy replacement of the whole element when the activated carbon has become completely saturated.


Gas drying
Biogas contains water vapour – as do sewage gas and landfill gas. To boost the efficiency of a gas motor, this water vapour must be removed from the gas. This is done by lowering the temperature. The SILOXAGK - the custom-designed gas drying system PowerDryer and DryWash systems are highly effective gas drying systems.

PowerDryer - the cost-effective solution for drying moist gases
The SILOXA PowerDryer is the new, cost-effective solution for drying biogas, sewage gas and landfill gas. Supplied fully pre-mounted ona frame, all that is needed to connect the supply lines. Gas drying can then begin immediately. Specifically aimed at professional providers, SILOXA's PowerDryer came onto the market in June 2012.
PowerDryer ECO Line - the innovative enhanced version for gas drying
An advanced version of the successful SILOXA PowerDryer, the new PowerDryer ECO Line reduces the energy needed for gas cooling by using ambient air. The addition of an extra functional element, the "air cooler", makes the ECO Line the ideal solution for applications with high inlet gas temperatures.


DryWash - for washing and drying gases in a single step
The SILOXA DryWash is the new, cost-effective solution for wash-drying biogas, sewage gas and landfill gas. Supplied fully pre-mounted ona frame, all that is needed to connect the supply lines. Gas drying can then begin immediately. Specifically aimed at professional providers, SILOXA's DryWash came onto the market in November 2012.
GKW - the custom-designed gas wash drying system for biogenic gases
The SILOXA GKW gas wash dryer is a compact gas conditioning module used for dehumidifying biogas, landfill gas and sewage gas. The GKW is also used for removing harmful gas contaminants. The gas wash dryers are available in three sizes, with flow rates of 180, 320 and 500 Nm3/h respectively.


GK - the custom-designed gas drying system
SILOXA’s product range also includes the GK gas cooling unit, a functional unit that exclusively handles cooling of the biogas inflow. In the GK unit, all components needed for cooling, such as the gas cooler, condensate trap, liquid coolant circuit and, depending on the size, a water cooler, are fixed on a frame.


Gas conditioning
A micro gas network allows the conditioned biogas, sewage gas or landfill gas to be reliably transported to the consumer at all times, no matter where the CHP plant is located. Remote use of electricity and heat is in many cases an essential requirement, because it is more economical to always produce at the site of demand using a combined heat and power plant. The SILOXA GCKV container-based and GKV frame-mounted systems offer superb reliability for complete gas conditioning. The range is rounded off by the GRW gas conditioning system specially designed for use in sewage works and landfill sites.

GRW - the effective gas cleaning system for silicon compounds (siloxanes)
The GRW gas conditioning systems have been designed to separate organic silicon compounds (siloxanes) and H2S effectively from fermentation gases. The GRW systems naturally clean very efficiently and thoroughly.
GCKV - gas transport container for drying and compressing biogenic gases
Container for gas drying, gas compression and transport of biogas. The GCKV concept is very simple: consistent bundling of all key functional units that are needed to reliably supply the gas motors (e.g. satellites) with the biogas produced.

Adsorption drying
In the SILOXA adsorption drying systems for biomethane, gas drying is performed by two separate adsorber vessels. The two vessels are mounted on a metal frame and are used alternately. The vessels each contain a packed bed of a high-quality desiccant which allows dew points of up to -80 °C to be attained, the equivalent of 0.00043 mg/m3 water content.

Adsorption dryer - perfect gas drying for biomethane
As the gas flows into the SILOXA adsorption drying system, it is dried by two interconnected filters, identical in size, which both contain a desiccant. However, during the actual adsorption drying process, the raw gas only flows through one of these two filters, which then takes up the water contained in the gas.
